Shoulder pads & sleeve heads - designed & made in-house
At WILDA.ECO, we believe that every element of our garments, no matter how small, should reflect our commitment to sustainability, transparency, and ingenuity. This ethos led us to identify a gap in the global market for natural, vegan shoulder pads. Rather than compromise our values, we decided to step in and fill this void ourselves.
Our solution was to design and handcraft our own shoulder pads right in our studio located in the Wilda district of Poznań, Poland. This initiative embodies our dedication to innovation and allows us to maintain complete control over the materials and methods used.
Each component of our shoulder pads has been thoughtfully chosen to minimise ecological impact without compromising quality or effectiveness. We’ve selected 100% European linen and Japanese organic bamboo as the primary materials and TENCEL™ lyocell for the stitching thread. The linen provides the necessary structural integrity, while the bamboo adds a layer of softness and breathability, enhancing the comfort of the wearer.
These shoulder pads are more than just functional elements; they represent our commitment to ethical practices woven into each stitch. They enhance the structure and fit of our Norrmalm blazer, subtly elevating the garment’s silhouette while remaining true to our sustainability pledge.
Recognising the universal need for sustainable tailoring solutions, we’ve made these shoulder pads available for separate purchase. Customers also have the option to include the sleeve heads, offering a comprehensive tailoring solution that aligns with conscious, sustainable fashion principles.

Embroidery - your personal touch
Within each garment, distinct embroideries blend artistry and sustainability, reflecting our attention to detail and commitment to responsible fashion.
The Norrmalm blazer showcases a duo of embroideries – one on the back of the collar, open to personalisation and the other inside at shoulder level, presenting our brand’s core values. The Södermalm trousers feature a singular embroidery on the rear left pocket that can also be personalised, tailoring your ensemble to your individual style.
Executed directly by our team in our studio in the historic Wilda district of Poznań, European Union (yes, that is why we are called WILDA.ECO), these intricate motifs reflect authenticity and precision. We use TENCEL™ lyocell thread, celebrated for its sustainable properties, aligning with our commitment to crafting distinctive, environmentally-conscious fashion.
