Our collection features an impressive range of 45 different size combinations, covering five different heights and nine available sizes, celebrating diversity in fashion. To find your perfect size:

4. Select your preferred size (e.g. 40, 42) according to your figure type and fit preference. When you are not sure, we recommend a larger size for added comfort and longevity, considering our commitment to vegan, organic, and non-stretch fabrics.

Our garments are designed with a ‘comfort fit’ that aims to accentuate feminine shapes in a flattering yet relaxed manner, ensuring comfort and longevity. While this is our standard fit, as a customer, you have the freedom to choose an oversized fit or a more form-fitting silhouette. However, given our commitment to sustainability and comfort, our fabrics are carefully selected to be natural, biodegradable, delicate and gentle on the skin. As such, we suggest choosing a fit that isn’t too tight to allow for freedom of movement and to extend the garment’s lifespan.

With our extensive size range offering 45 variants (9 sizes by 5 heights), you can effortlessly select a blazer with extended lengths for both sleeves and the blazer itself by simply opting for a taller height within your size. Similarly, you can select trousers with a longer leg by opting for a taller height within your size or a shorter leg by choosing a shorter height.

To accurately measure yourself for the best fit, wear form-fitting clothing to get precise readings. Our size charts offer ranges for a reason – allowing for slight variations that ensure a perfect fit even when individual measurements suggest different sizes. Note that all our products are handcrafted for individual orders – hence, a 1-2 cm margin in all measurements is normal. Due to the personalised nature of our garments, returns are not accepted, making it crucial to measure carefully before purchasing. To find your size, follow these steps:

A – Shoulder Width: Measure the distance between shoulder seams or points where the clavicle meets the shoulder.

B – Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around your chest at the fullest point.

C – Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

D – Sleeve Length: Starting from the shoulder seam (or a point where the clavicle meets the shoulder), measure down to where you’d like the sleeve to end (usually the wrist).

E – Blazer Length: Determine your preferred length from the beginning of your neck or back shoulder seam down to your desired hem length.

To find your size, follow these steps:

K & Kmax – Waist & Maximum Waist: Measure your waist at the navel level. For the maximum waist measurement (Kmax), consider the maximum expandable point of your waist, considering the adjustable waistband on both hips.

When measuring for our trousers, please note they feature a narrowing waist from the hips to the waist; if your widest part is between these areas, measure it as your waist size to ensure the trousers can comfortably pass over it.

L – Hips: Measure at the fullest part of your hips.

M & N – Inseam & Outseam: For leg length, measure both from your crotch to the desired hem (inseam) and from the waistband or naval level along the outer leg (outseam).

O & P – Thigh & Calf: Measure the widest parts of your thigh and calf to ensure room for movement.

While we don’t accept returns due to the custom nature of our products, we’re committed to finding a satisfactory resolution, including potential tailoring alterations where possible. This service is subject to the extent of alteration required, with fees starting at €50. Alterations can be provided only in some cases based on the information and photos you provide.

Our garments are crafted from pre-shrunk fabrics, ensuring minimal shrinkage post-wash. This pre-treatment process stabilises the fabric, preserving its original size and fit even after laundering.

The TENCEL™ lyocell fabric used for our Norrmalm blazers and Södermalm trousers undergoes eco-friendly pre-shrinking and laundering at Poznański Magiel in the heart of the Old Town of Poznań. This process not only maintains the integrity of our fabrics but also honours our environmental commitment by utilising Blue Angel-certified agents and a Wet Cleaning system.

By employing pre-shrunk fabrics, we minimise the need for resizing or altering garments, thus extending their lifespan and ensuring sustained satisfaction with the fit.

We reinforce all internal seams with interlining and secure them with overlocking to prevent fraying. Most external seams undergo topstitching, strengthening the construction and enhancing the durability of our delicate TENCEL™ lyocell fabric. Unable to find a sustainable bias tape that met our rigorous standards, we created our own by repurposing our Japenese Bemberg™ cupro lining, woven with precision in Lombardy, Italy. This method minimises waste and enhances the garment’s visual appeal.
Each Södermalm trouser leg features expertly hand-fell stitched cuffs, creating a clean finish without a visible seam line and visually elongating the leg.

Our meticulous approach ensures that our products stand the test of time, reflecting the heritage of tailoring and a steadfast commitment to environmental responsibility.

These steps are time-consuming extra processes introduced to make our natural garments as durable as possible. Yet, we kindly remind our customers that these are delicate products that must be handled carefully.

Our garments are designed to breathe, and most of their materials have antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, meaning they do not require frequent washing or cleaning.

They can wrinkle but easily return to shape when hung up for some time, eliminating the need for ironing or extensive steaming.

• Dry clean only with an eco-friendly, professional cleaner to maintain fabric quality and colour.
• Store away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces and abrasive materials to prevent snags and pulls.
• For wrinkles, use a steamer on a low heat setting or iron on a low temperature with a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.
• Always refer to the specific care labels attached to the garment for detailed instructions.
  

To maintain the original beauty of your blazer:

• Hang on a padded hanger to retain shape and avoid creases.
• Ask the cleaner to steam iron flat the shoulder pads after cleaning—on the lowest heat setting, pressing from the inside out.
• Ask the cleaner to remove the blazer immediately after cleaning, and leave it to dry flat.
• When not used, fasten the button to preserve the garment’s form.
• Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant directly on the fabric to prevent stains.

Our blazer fabrics breathe well and have antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, meaning they don’t require frequent washing or cleaning. They can wrinkle but will return to shape when hung up, negating the need for ironing or extensive steaming.

Specific care instructions for blazers:

• Do not wash.
• Wet clean – very delicate.
• Dry flat.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not wring.
• Do not bleach.
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

To keep your trousers in pristine condition:

• After washing or cleaning the trousers, remove them immediately and leave them to dry flat.
• Hang trousers by the cuffs to retain their shape and prevent stretching.
• To remove creases, use a steamer or iron on a low-heat setting with a pressing cloth.

Like our blazers, our trousers are designed to breathe and have antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties; thus, they do not require frequent washing or cleaning. They will wrinkle, but they can easily return to shape when hung up.

Specific care instructions for trousers:

• Wet clean – very delicate, or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
• Dry flat.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not wring.
• Do not bleach.
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

To maintain the structure of shoulder pads and sleeve heads:

• Avoid folding or creasing the shoulder area.
• When hanging, use a broad-shouldered hanger to prevent indentations.
• If pressing is required, use a steam iron on the lowest heat setting, pressing from the inside out.
• When using them in a blazer, coat, or jacket, it is recommended that the ends of the shoulder pads be fastened to the garment’s material to prevent dislocation.

Each piece of garment is personalised via labels with the customer’s name. Additionally, personalised garments can feature configurable embroidery, with at least one embroidery being personalised and input by the customer. Customisation, on the other hand, allows for configurable embroidery chosen from predefined texts. For example, the Norrmalm blazer can be customised with embroidery on the back of the collar and inside at shoulder level, showcasing our brand’s core values. Similarly, the Södermalm trousers can feature predefined embroidery on the rear left pocket.

In the spirit of delivering unparalleled value and refinement, we proudly announce that all our embroideries—personalised or customised—are offered free of charge.

Each WILDA.ECO garment is crafted with personalised labels designed and developed in our studio in the Wilda district, Poznań, European Union.
Every label features the wearer’s name, surname, and unique serial number, making each piece special. Importantly, it is prepared once only we have the customer’s data, and this crafting is carefully coordinated with other processes and components for the ordered piece of garment.

The tape used for these labels is sourced from Occitanie, France, and woven from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton originally from Texas, USA. The Japanese family that owns the production facility in Fukui, Japan, oversees its European distribution.
We use 100% organic cotton, ensuring that the labels are soft and gentle against your skin.  This means that even in the process of personalisation and customisation, we are committed to using sustainable and high-quality materials.

Both personalised and customised variants include sewn-in labels with the customer’s name, surname, and unique serial number. If the desired personalisation for the label differs from the customer’s data filled in during checkout, please provide the correct information in the order’s note or contact us at orders@wilda.eco.

Within each garment, distinct embroideries blend artistry and sustainability, reflecting our attention to detail and commitment to responsible fashion.

The Norrmalm blazer showcases a duo of embroideries—one on the back of the collar, open to personalisation, and the other inside at shoulder level, presenting our brand’s core values.

The Södermalm trousers feature a singular embroidery on the rear left pocket that can also be personalised, tailoring your ensemble to your individual style.

The nature of our embroidery allows for an infinite array of combinations, ensuring that each piece is as unique as the individual who wears it. The skilful craftsmanship of our embroidery is executed in-house, maintaining unmatched quality and personalisation in every stitch. Utilising the precision of the Husqvarna-Viking® machine and coupling it with environmentally sustainable TENCEL™ lyocell thread, we craft embroideries that are stunning and gentle on the skin and our planet.

The personalised variant of the Norrmalm blazer allows you to add your unique touch with configurable embroidery.
Inside the blazer, at shoulder level, you can choose to include our brand’s core values:

“Sustainable, biodegradable, vegan,
European, metropolitan, local, ethical”

or it can be left without embroidery.

This embroidery is subtle, yet it represents what our brand stands for and believes in.

The second embroidery, on the back of the collar, is mandatory in the personalised variant. You can add your name, nickname, or a meaningful phrase, up to 25 characters long, fitting the words:

“Handcrafted in Wilda, Poznań for ‘your name'”.

This embroidery is visible when you stand up the collar, allowing you to showcase your personalised touch.

The personalised variant of the Södermalm trousers allows you to add your text on the welt of the rear left faux pocket. This can be your name, nickname, or any meaningful phrase up to 10 characters.

This embroidery is mandatory in the personalised variant, ensuring your trousers carry a unique mark. If you prefer no embroidery, please opt for the customised variant.

In the customised variant of the Norrmalm blazer, you can decide whether to have the predefined embroidery. The embroidery inside at shoulder level can include our brand’s core values:

“Sustainable, biodegradable, vegan,
European, metropolitan, local, ethical”

or it can be left without embroidery.

The predefined embroidery options for the back of the collar are:

“Handcrafted hyperlocally in Wilda, Poznań”

or without embroidery.

These allow you to enjoy a tailored garment with a touch of predefined elegance.

The customised variant of the Södermalm trousers can feature WILDA. ECO’s shortened logo “W.” embroidered on the welt of the rear left faux pocket.
Alternatively, you can opt for no embroidery at all, keeping the trousers purely in their classic form.

We understand that some desires go beyond standard options. We can embroider any special requested text in the selected garment areas preset for embroidery, provided there is enough space. Our hyperlocal production model is a conscious choice rooted in sustainability. By conducting all operations within a 3km radius from our Wilda district of Poznań studio, we ensure that every stage of production—from design to packaging and dispatch—leaves the smallest carbon footprint possible. Materials are transported between locations by the most eco-friendly means available: on foot, by tram, or by bike.

We pride ourselves on using vegan, organic, and biodegradable materials, primarily sourced from European suppliers. For components that challenge our strict standards, we design and manufacture them in-house, guaranteeing full compliance with our values.

Ordering your bespoke WILDA.ECO garment is a seamless process designed to cater to your unique preferences. Follow these steps on the selected product page:

• Both personalised and customised variants include sewn-in labels with the customer’s name, surname, and unique serial number. The left column of each product page provides comprehensive product details, including composition, care instructions, delivery information, and return policies. Note that due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns on garments.

After adding items to your basket, check all order details for accuracy and proceed to checkout.

Our commitment to careful crafting requires a lead time of up to 28 days for orders to be ready and shipped out. To keep you informed, we provide updates via email at each stage of production:

Pre-made components, such as shoulder pads and sleeve heads, will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. In rare instances where materials are out of stock, we will promptly email you to discuss potential delays.

For made-to-order garments, cancellations are only possible before we start gathering components and materials. Once this process begins and you receive an email titled “Your bespoke creation—selecting nature’s finest,” the order cannot be cancelled as the materials will have been cut for your specified size, colour, and other parameters.

Component orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched, which may be within 48 hours, but could be several hours after the order is placed and confirmed.

We offer an extensive size range and a wide array of personalisation and customisation options for all garment orders. For more unusual requests, please contact us at care@wilda.eco to check if we can accommodate your individual requirements.

All garments on our website are handmade to order from our Wilda, Poznań-based studio. The intricate process of crafting your bespoke piece can take up to 28 days from order to shipment, reflecting our skilled artisans’ dedication and meticulous work, ensuring the highest quality while supporting ethical local craftsmanship.

Please note that while the lead time is estimated at up to 28 days, it may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. In some cases, orders may be completed sooner.

For components such as shoulder pads and sleeve heads, we offer a swift processing time of 48 hours.

Our offices operate Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (9:00-17:00) CET, and any component orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays will be shipped soonest the following Monday.

We partner with DHL and use their GoGreen+ service for international parcels, focusing on carbon insetting instead of offsetting. Insetting helps reduce or avoid emissions related to transportation activities, resulting in a 70% reduction in parcel carbon dioxide emissions with the highest Platinum level of the GoGreen+ service we selected. This approach is more effective and impactful than carbon offsetting, which only compensates for emissions through environmental projects without actually reducing them.

DHL Express is our priority shipping service for all international shipments, ensuring your parcels arrive quickly and responsibly.

Shipping in Poland: Shipping is free for orders over 300zł, delivered within 48 hours via InPost or DPD. For orders below 300zł, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout. Local pickup is free but requires prior email contact to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping in the EU: Delivered within 1-3 days via DHL Express or 2-7 days via DPD Classic, with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Delivery to pickup points is available in selected countries.

Shipping outside the EU: Delivered within 2-7 days via DHL Express or 5-8 days via UPS (available for UK, Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Andorra), with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Customs fees may apply. For some international parcels, anticipate an additional 3-5 days for customs clearance.

For orders outside the European Union, please allow an extra 3-5 working days for potential delays due to customs and clearance. Customers are responsible for covering the costs of VAT, duties, or any other fees incurred. The carrier will contact you via phone, text, or email regarding customs fees.

Our packaging philosophy mirrors our approach to fashion – minimalist, sustainable, and elegant. Crafted exclusively from grass-fibre paper, our packaging elements, from carton boxes to hangtags, unequivocally speak to our dedication to environmental stewardship.

Besides grass paper, we use only one element – organic cotton cord – chosen with both aesthetics and ecology in mind, presenting our pieces in packaging that is as thoughtfully designed as the garments they protect.

As a small, handmade-to-order brand, we do not offer refunds for our made-to-order items. These garments are specifically personalised for you, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted to your specifications. We strongly encourage conscious shopping to avoid unnecessary waste.

We offer a standard return policy for components – shoulder pads and sleeve heads. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused, clean, and free of any traces of perfume or other smells. Items should be returned in original or similarly protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please note that return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

In the rare event that your item is faulty or has been made incorrectly against your customisation request, please email orders@wilda.eco with photographic evidence. Our team will review and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

If your made-to-order item doesn’t fit quite right, please email us at care@wilda.eco to discuss potential alterations. This service is subject to the extent of alteration required, with fees starting at €50. Alterations can be provided only in some cases based on the information and photos you provide.

When returning components, please include the following details within your parcel:

• Your name;
• Order number;
• Optionally, the reason for the return.

Failure to include these details may result in a delay in processing your return. We recommend using a tracked and/or signed-for service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

For returns from outside the European Union, customers are responsible for paying any return postage, taxes and customs charges.

We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

• The product is not available/in stock;
• Incorrect or unverifiable billing information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity;
• Delivery address issues;
• Website information errors (misspelling, pricing, etc.).

If items are returned due to failed/missed delivery, the customer must pay any postage charges to resend the item. We are not liable to refund or replace items lost or damaged due to incorrect addresses provided on your order.

Please transfer the total order amount in the transaction currency to our bank account using your Order Number as the payment reference.
