The Mayfair shirt is handcrafted to a personalised order in the Wilda district, Poznań, Poland, European Union, by a tailor with decades of experience and our team directly. All components and materials are vegan, natural, biodegradable, and certified by recognised bodies such as Lenzing, Oeko-Tex, GOTS, GRS, REACH, and ADKN. The ones marked as “Made in Wilda” are designed and crafted by us.

The Mayfair shirt is designed with a ‘comfort fit’ that aims to accentuate feminine shapes in a flattering yet relaxed manner, ensuring comfort and longevity. While this is our standard fit, as a customer, you have the freedom to choose an oversized fit or a more form-fitting silhouette. As such, we suggest choosing a fit that isn’t too tight to allow for freedom of movement and to extend the garment’s lifespan.

General care recommendations:
– Wet clean with an eco-friendly, professional cleaner to maintain fabric quality and colour (recommended) or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
– Hang on a padded hanger to retain shape and avoid creases.
– When not used, fasten the buttons to preserve the garment’s form.
– Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant directly on the fabric to prevent stains.
– Store away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
– Avoid contact with rough surfaces and abrasive materials to prevent snags and pulls.
– For wrinkles, use a steamer on a low heat setting or iron on a low temperature with a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.
– Always refer to the specific care labels attached to the garment for detailed instructions.

The Mayfair shirt breathes well, and most of its materials have antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, meaning it doesn’t require frequent washing or cleaning. It can wrinkle but will return to shape when hung up, negating the need for ironing or extensive steaming.

Specific care instructions for the Mayfair shirt:
Wet clean – very delicate, or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

Personalisation with embroidery:
Add a unique touch to your shirt with a configurable embroidery located on the back of the collar. You have three choices:
1) add your name, nickname, or a meaningful phrase, up to 25 characters long, fitting the words: “Handcrafted in Wilda, Poznań for ‘your name’”;
2) add custom text, up to 60 characters and 2 lines, making the embroidery fully yours;
3) leave it without embroidery.
When selected, this embroidery is visible when you stand up the collar, allowing you to showcase your personalised touch.

In the spirit of delivering unparalleled value and refinement, we proudly announce that all our embroideries are offered free of charge.

Individual requests:
We understand that some desires go beyond standard options. We can embroider any special requested text in the selected garment areas preset for embroidery, provided there is enough space. Our Mayfair shirts are handmade to order from our Wilda, Poznań-based studio. The intricate process of crafting your bespoke piece can take up to 28 days from order to shipment, reflecting the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans and ensuring the highest quality. Please note that while the lead time is estimated to be up to 28 days, it may vary slightly depending on the order’s complexity and current demand. In some cases, orders may be completed sooner.

Sustainable shipping with DHL GoGreen+:
We partner with DHL’s GoGreen+ service, focusing on carbon insetting to reduce emissions related to transportation activities by 70% (the highest available GoGreen+ level). DHL Express is our priority shipping service for all international shipments, ensuring your parcels arrive quickly and responsibly.

Delivery time frames and shipping fees:
Poland: Shipping is free for orders over 300zł, delivered within 48 hours via InPost or DPD. Local pickup is free but requires prior email contact to arrange a pickup time.
EU: Delivered within 1-3 days via DHL Express or 2-7 days via DPD Classic, with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 200€ via DPD (or equivalent value in the selected currency).
Outside EU: Delivered within 2-7 days via DHL Express or 5-8 days via UPS (available for UK, Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Andorra), with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 400€ (or equivalent value in the selected currency) for selected European countries, the USA, and Canada. Customs fees may apply. For some international parcels, anticipate an additional 3-5 days for customs clearance.

Customs, taxes, and duties:
Customers are responsible for additional fees outside the EU. The carrier will contact you regarding customs fees.

Eco packaging:
Our packaging is crafted exclusively from grass-fibre paper and organic cotton cord.

Returns policy for shirts without embroidery:
We offer a standard return policy for non-personalised shirts – without embroidery. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, clean, and free of any traces of perfume or other smells. Items should be returned in the original or similarly protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Initiate returns by contacting us at orders@wilda.eco. Please note that return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

No returns policy for personalised shirts:
We do not offer refunds or returns for personalised garments. Please note that any shirt with embroidery is classified as a personalised item.

Alterations:
If your made-to-order item doesn’t fit quite right, please email us at care@wilda.eco to discuss potential alterations. This service is subject to the extent of alteration required, with fees starting at €50. Alterations can be provided only in some cases based on the information and photos you provide. So far, we haven’t had even one request for alterations.
