The Brera bag is handcrafted to a personalised order in the Wilda district, Poznań, Poland, European Union, by a tailor with decades of experience and our team directly. All components and materials are vegan, natural, biodegradable, and certified by recognised bodies such as Lenzing, Oeko-Tex, and GOTS. The ones marked as “Made in Wilda” are designed and crafted by us.

The Brera bag is designed as a versatile tote that can also serve as a shopping or lifestyle bag. We tested various sizes and strap lengths to ensure the most comfortable dimensions for different uses.

Brera is spacious enough to function as a grocery bag, while its height and strap length are carefully designed to prevent the bag from scraping against the ground for most users, without requiring you to bend your arm at the elbow when you carry it full. On the other hand, the straps are long enough to carry the Brera on your shoulder, with the bag sitting comfortably under your arm, leaving enough space even for a baguette or a whole leek.

Despite being so functional, its proportions and design make it unique and intriguing, allowing it to be perceived as a stylish lifestyle or fashion accessory.

– Wet clean with an eco-friendly, professional cleaner to maintain fabric quality and colour (recommended) or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
– Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant directly on the fabric to prevent stains.
– Store away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
– Avoid contact with rough surfaces and abrasive materials to prevent snags and pulls.
– For wrinkles, use a steamer on a low heat setting or iron on a low temperature with a protective cloth between the iron and fabric.
– Always refer to the specific care labels attached to the garment for detailed instructions.

The Brera bag breathes well, and most of its materials have antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties, meaning it doesn’t require frequent washing or cleaning. It can wrinkle but will return to shape when hung up, negating the need for ironing or extensive steaming.

Specific care instructions for the Brera bag:
Wet clean – very delicate, or machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

3) leave it without embroidery, showcasing only the WILDA.ECO logo.

The intricate process of crafting your bespoke piece can take up to 28 days from order to shipment, reflecting the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans and ensuring the highest quality. Please note that while the lead time is estimated to be up to 28 days, it may vary slightly depending on the order’s complexity and current demand. In some cases, orders may be completed sooner.

Sustainable shipping with DHL GoGreen+:
We partner with DHL’s GoGreen+ service, focusing on carbon insetting to reduce emissions related to transportation activities by 70% (the highest available GoGreen+ level). DHL Express is our priority shipping service for all international shipments, ensuring your parcels arrive quickly and responsibly.

Delivery time frames and shipping fees:
Poland: Shipping is free for orders over 300zł, delivered within 48 hours via InPost or DPD. Local pickup is free but requires prior email contact to arrange a pickup time.
EU: Delivered within 1-3 days via DHL Express or 2-7 days via DPD Classic, with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 200€ via DPD (or equivalent value in the selected currency).
Outside EU: Delivered within 2-7 days via DHL Express or 5-8 days via UPS (available for UK, Switzerland, Norway, San Marino, Andorra), with shipping charges calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 400€ (or equivalent value in the selected currency) for selected European countries, the USA, and Canada. Customs fees may apply. For some international parcels, anticipate an additional 3-5 days for customs clearance.

Customs, taxes, and duties:
Customers are responsible for additional fees outside the EU. The carrier will contact you regarding customs fees.

Eco packaging:
Our packaging is crafted exclusively from grass-fibre paper and organic cotton cord.

Returns policy for bags without embroidery:
We offer a standard return policy for non-personalised bags – without embroidery (only with logo). Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, clean, and free of any traces of perfume or other smells. Items should be returned in the original or similarly protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

No returns policy for personalised bags:
We do not offer refunds or returns for personalised products. Please note that any bag with embroidery is classified as a personalised item.
